Toyota Kluger Air Conditioning Not Working?
We have found these evaporators to be a very common issue and have taken some photos to illustrate the failure and whats involved in the removal. The evaporator sits at the rear of the HVAC box and the ONLY way to remove it from the vehicle is to remove the WHOLE dash, console, intrusion bar and HVAC box with the blower fan as one complete unit. I have taken some photos from behind yellow glasses and using a blue light to show the UV dye we used to diagnose the fault prior to removing the evaporator. The new evaporator was supplied by Swish Auto Parts
